Anche per Only Watch 2019 (seconda edizione battuta da Christie’s a Ginevra) la Fondazione Monegasca per lo studio e la ricerca sulla distrofia muscolare, deve dire grazie a Patek Philippe, top lot, con il suo Grand Master Chime battuto a 31 milioni di franchi svizzeri.

Also for 2019 charity auction Only Watch must say “Thanks Patek Philippe” (top lot with 31 millions CHF); here all the Brands and prices remembering the soloPolso has published all watches pictures in many articles since last July 2nd.

Ieri, nel quinto articolo su Only Watch, abbiamo scritto che non avevamo notizie del Bell&Ross. Adesso sappiamo che il materiale è sotto embargo fino ai primi di Settembre. E poiché siamo birichini abbiamo fatto alcune ipotesi: è un pezzo facile da copiare, non è ancora ultimato, in luglio mese delle vacanze orologiere elvetiche tutto si ferma, le fotografie saranno fatte a fine agosto; comunque sia per B&R arrivederci a Settembre.

Con questo articolo abbiamo terminato la presentazione degli orologi che il 9 Novembre saranno battuti all’asta a Ginevra, destinando poi il ricavato alla Ricerca sulla distrofia muscolare. With this article we have published pictures of all watches offered on November 9th Charity Auction, and a design (De Bethune and Urwerk have not yet unveiled their watch); we didn’t find picture and description for Bell&Ross, but we are ready to speake about as soon as possible.

Il primo articolo sugli orologi donati dalle Case per l’asta benefica, lo abbiamo dedicato alla versione 2019 del Grandmaster Chime di Patek Philippe, adesso continuiamo con gli altri non in ordine alfabetico ma con una scelta molto personale (escamotage per far guardare le immagini e leggere il testo senza essere influenzati dalla notorietà di un marchio). Qui Andersen Geneve, Armin Storm, Audemars Piguet, Ateliers de Monaco; Artya, Czapek, Chanel; Akrivia, Breguet, Blancpain, Arnold&Son.

After Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime here the other watches in 4-5 articles, we didn’t follow alphabetical order but our personal choice.

Oggi soloPolso ha pubblicato i Marchi che hanno offerto un orologio per l’asta benefica Only Watch. Il pezzo più importante, e pensiamo che nessuno possa accusarci di partigianeria, è il Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime in acciaio con 20 complicazioni (ne abbiamo scritto dopo Baselworld 2019); ci sembra quasi inutile definirlo sin da adesso “Main Top Lot” tanto siamo abituati a vedere la Marca ginevrina ai vertici.

Today we published Watch Brands at Only Watch 2019. In our opinion the most important piece, surely Top Lot, is Patek Philippe Grandmaster Chime with 20 complications (we wrote about on March 26th). It is not the first time Patek Philippe offers to this Auction very important watches, but 10 years ago at the first Auction in 2005, Top Lot was a Richard Mille watch designed by Philippe Stark.

52 aziende orologiere partecipano all’ottava edizione della più bella asta nella storia orologiera, diciamo bella perché tutto il ricavato dell’asta di 50 pezzi unici (due Marchi infatti hanno presentato un segnatempo frutto di una collaborazione) va a favore della ricerca medica per la distrofia muscolare.

50 watches will be auctioned at Only Watch 2019; from Monaco Boat Show on next September this unique collection will go over the world and on November 9th at Geneva there will be the auction; 52 Brands offered special edition watches; as usual we will publish all in different articles in order to appreciate their characteristics.
