Il 2020 era iniziato sotto buoni auspici e nessuno poteva immaginare quale tsunami si sarebbe abbattuto dopo poco sul mondo intero, così non stupisce che i risultati del primo semestre, diffusi dal Gruppo di Bienne mostrino segni negativi.

January 2020 sales of Swatch Group were good, but during Covid19 lockdown results were only CHF 2.197 millions, that is – 43,4%; the Group lost 308 CHF millions, nevertheless Management hopes to reach good results in second part of the year, owing also to novelties unveiled by all Brands and novelties in their Management.

Arriva in rete un nuovo concetto di piattaforma studiato dal Management dell’ex Baselworld, la Fiera di Basilea infatti si rivolge con HourUniverse che ha comportato due mesi di studi e ricerche, al mondo dell’orologio e a quelli delle pietre preziose e dei gioielli.

A new platform has been studied by MCH, ex Baselworld Exhibition; it will be opened to watches, jewels and precious stones firms. During April 2021 a show HourUnuverse will held in Basel in order to decide with firms having choices Geneva to get a unique Swiss show in order to reach exhibition with only one travel from abroad.

Entro il 2020 si potrà fare domanda d’iscrizione all’Unesco anche per il “Savoir-faire en mécanique horlogère et mécanique d’art”. In attesa di una decisione favorevole il Musée du Temps a Besançon e a La Chaux-de-Fond il M.I.H. e l’Association Nuit de la Photo, hanno deciso di promuovere, dal Novembre 2020 al Novembre 2021, una mostra di fotografie che metta in evidenza questo “savoir faire”.

An exhibition realized with pictures made by six photographs will be organized from November 2020 to November 2021, at M.I.H. and Besançon Musée du Temps, waiting decision by UNESCO to inscribe also “Savoir-faire en mécanique horlogère et mécanique d’art” among what must be saved.

L’anno prossimo la diversificazione degli investimenti decisa nel 2001 da Francesco Trapani che allora guidava il Gruppo romano, festeggerà vent’anni con un nuovo hotel nel centro di Roma.

On 2021 Bvlgari Hotel & Resort department will be 20 years old, having been decided by Francesco Trani than leder of the Group in 2001. New hotel will be located, not far from via dei Condotti and piazza di Spagna, in a building designed by arch Vittorio Ballio Morpurgo in the thirties.

Crescono in Agosto le presenze dei Marchi durante l’evento promosso questa primavera da Bvlgari con Breitling, Ulysse Nardin, Girard-Perregaux, Gerald Genta, Urwerk, H. Moser & Cie, De Bethune e MB&F; hanno infatti deciso di esporre anche Swiss Creative Lab e Louis Moinet.

At Geneva Watch Days (August 26th-29th) there will be also Swiss Creative Lab and Louis Moinet Atelier and perhaps other Brands will join those who try to come back to live.

Da oggi sono aperte le iscrizioni per partecipare al GPGH che premierà i migliori delle 14 categorie, assegnando anche l’Aiguille d’or il 7 novembre a Ginevra.

GPHG 2020 is opened with some novelties, among most important, there will be a prize also for smartwatches. At Geneva on November 7th, winners will be unveiled.

La Marca romana ha promosso il Fondo Bvlgari Virus Free, organizzazione no-profit per finanziare ricerche e cure di vari virus.

Bvlgari Virus Free Fund was unveiled some days ago in order to support Oxford University Jenner Institute, National Institute Lazzaro Spallanzani in Rome and also helping two students during research years. Clients may join new Fund, and as it happened with Save the Children products, know all what has been done with. Furthermore Bvlgari reduced plastic volume using new packaging, one will be unveiled on 2012.
