Accordo Fossil/Puma
Il 26 Aprile Fossil Group e Puma hanno siglato un importante accordo di collaborazione, che durerà sino al 2028, per studiare, sviluppare e produrre orologi e smartwatches con marchio Puma.
On April 26th Fossil Gourp and Puma signed an important partnership, Till 2028 the american group will study, produce and sell Puma watches and snartwatches.
GPHG nuova nomina
Carlo Lamprecht, che dal 2011 al 2018 ha brillantemente guidato la Fondazione del GPHG insieme a Carine Maillard, ha rassegnato le dimissioni per dedicarsi ad altre attività. Gli succede Raymond Loretan uomo di provata esperienza che continuerà – come ha dichiarato – nella strada di indipendenza e neutralità che hanno sin qui distinto questo importane evento, augurandosi anche di poterne ulteriormente sviluppare la notorietà a livello internazionale.
Raymond Loretan is the new president of GPHG Foundation, former presidente Carlo Lamprecht left his job in order to work in other fields.

Riflessioni su Baselworld
Basel first, Basel first… Questo è un po’ quello che abbiamo pensato in Redazione leggendo il comunicato stampa finale dell’edizione di quest’anno, mentre uno spiritello malizioso ci suggeriva anche “tutto va ben…”.
Basel first…was the first thought about Baselworld 2018 final Press Release. Crisis arrived everywhere and many reasons are beyond leaving exhibition. Last year we asked, why not to have it every two years, more for clients than for exhibitors; this year there were 2 days less. We read on web the word “arrogance”; this happens when all is going well, and it happens also at other exhibitions. New investments have been done, we’ll see in future if they were enough, but till some big independent Brands and two Groups like Swatch and LVMH will choose Baselworld, exhibition’s decline will be very very sloooow.
