Frederique Constant a Ginevra

Nel 2006 Peter Stas e la moglie Aletta per far fronte all’aumentata produzione, avevano deciso di spostare la sede della Frederique Constant a Plan-les-Ouates a Ginevra, su una superficie di 3200 mq. Anche la nuova location però si rivelò insufficiente e il 5 giugno, dopo due anni di lavori è stata inaugurata la nuova sede centrale con altri 3.000 mq per raggiungere, entro un quinquennio, una produzione annua di 250.000 orologi dagli attuali 160.000.

Since 2006 Peter Stas and his wife Aletta decided to move the firm to Geneva Plan-Let Ouates, but in a few years also new surface was enable to produce a lot of watches and two years ago the new firm was decided in order to produce, within 5 years, 250.000 watches per year instead of 160.000. On June 5th the central firm has been opened and two new limited and numbered edition of Classic Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar Manufacture were finished.

…non come prodotto d’importazione, visto che nasce in Francia, ma come marchio di proprietà del Gruppo Morellato, dove porta collezioni di orologi estremamente giovani e femminili in un panorama abbastanza variegato.

Oui&Me a new brand born in France has been bought by Morellato Group and will be sold from next July 1st at Bluespirit boutiques and in many shops. Romantic watches with dials inspired to flowers and hearts, with quartz movements, steel cases (32, 34 and 38 mm) also IP gold and mesh bracelets or colored straps.

Classima di Baume&Mercier

A quasi 190 anni la Baume&Mercier, classe 1830, si conferma come una Maison orologiera sempre attenta all’evoluzione dei mercati. Al giro di boa del terzo millennio il suo femminile Catwalk diede uno scossone ai modelli più tradizionali, contemporaneamente venivano ideati, nella collezione Classima, cronografi con quadranti rame e questo adeguarsi alle tendenze si rinnova puntualmente.

Baume&Mercier is almost 190 years old but its watches are always young or better, according to taste of people loving historical Brands with affordable price. Here three new Classima, steel case ø 42 mm, blue dials and different functions: small seconds, chronograph with full quantième and moon and a very nice GMT.

A Baselworld 2019 i riflettori di TAG Heuer avevano illuminato l’Autavia anche se un paio di settimane prima della rssegna era stato comunicato, almeno per sommi capi, il programma ideato per il 50° anniversario del Monaco, secondo noi il più bello fra tutti cronografi TAG Heuer e non solo per la sua storia o per le edizioni supertecnologiche di cui è stato protagonista.

Before Baselworld 2019 TAG Heur unveiled something about Monaco 50°Anniversary. Yesterday the new chronograph was unveiled during Monaco G.P. F1, but it’s not a single one, there will be other 4 Anniversary watches, the second will be unveiled on June 15th-16th for Le Mans. Pieces are 169 and are dedicated to ten years’ style from 1969 up to 2019

Anche a Milano Omega ha festeggiato ieri con la stampa e alcuni collezionisti, i Golden Moments, cioè i 50 anni dell’allunaggio.

Also in Milano Omega gave a party yesterday for press and collectioners, showing the two limited edition for Apollo 11 Anniversary and the gold one n°1 realized for U.S. President Richard Nixon.

Vincent Rouillard è un eclettico designer francese capace di ideare complesse postazioni di lavoro intercambiabili oppure un nuovo modo di leggere l’ora sul quadrante. Nipote di un orologiaio ne ha ereditato l’amore per tutti i segnatempo e recentemente ha fondato un suo marchio dal nome emblematico Menintime

Vincent Roublard, a french designer whose grandfather was a watchmaker, has founded a few months ago his own Brand and at La Chaux-de-Fonds new watches Made in Swiss with steel case (not round but not oval) are produced.

Quest’anno Breitling ha accentuato il suo interesse per il mare e qui oltre alle novità 2019 della collezione Superocean abbiamo riunito anche altre tre iniziative della Maison elvetica.
