Nel 1995 il designer Carlos Dias e il Maestro orologiaio Roger Dubuis fondarono la Manifattura indipendente Roger Dubuis che in seguito è entrata a far parte del Gruppo Richemont (nel 2007 solo con i movimenti e l’anno dopo completamente).
